Overview

Built for independence

Overview

Available as manual (REAL 9300) or electric (REAL 9400), this chair is scaled for smaller body dimensions while offering the same made-to-measure fit and postural support as our adult range. It supports safe, independent positioning as a child grows, at home, at school, or during play.

Where it works

Home: the electric height function means a child can be positioned at the kitchen table, for transfers, or simply to be at the same height as the rest of the family. Castors allow easy movement between rooms.

School: adjusts to classroom desk heights, helping a child join in with lessons and activities alongside their classmates.

Both the manual REAL 9300 and electric REAL 9400 work equally well in these settings, see the comparison above to choose.

Who it's for

Conditions we see most often include Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Muscular Dystrophy, developmental delay, hypotonia and other paediatric postural or mobility conditions. This list isn't exhaustive, get in touch if your child's condition isn't listed.

Looking for an adult option? The Mercado Adult Task Chair (REAL 9000 / 9100) is our adult equivalent, for when a young person outgrows this chair.
